Terra Elaia olive oil is produced from the olive groves of the Tsantaki family. Its delicate fruity aroma is due to the Koroneiki variety and the microclimate of the sunny hills on the shores of Palekastro in Eastern Crete. The cultivation is done with the most natural methods, with minimal irrigation and without agrochemicals. The extraction of olive oil and its storage are done with special care, in order to preserve all its tasty and beneficial ingredients.
